Adds lasertag functionality.  It adds it to the minigame menu, but'll only work if the server has it too.  Requires a bit of installation code.

1.  Open server/scripts/game.cs

2.  Find (Ctrl + F) 'MissionCleanup.add(%player);'.

3.  Under that, add...
